Chuck began his career in 1982 as a Certified General real estate appraiser and consultant at Alliance Appraisal Company, under the mentorship of Jim McNair and Tharrell Ming. He obtained his California Real Estate Sales Associate License in 1984. His experience extends to all aspects of real estate valuation, consulting, development, sales and leasing including commercial,industrial,agricultural, residential, luxury homes, and multi-family
residential properties.
Chuck has received top honors for both commercial and residential listing and sales at Watson Realty.
