Sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $600K in Seven Oaks, Bakersfield, CA. Carlos Padilla was our listing agent for our property in Seven Oaks Grand Island. Since we are out of town sellers, we need an agent who is attentive and can assist with the home repairs. Carlos was very resourceful in providing contractors and patiently worked with them in getting the property ready for the listing.
